The U.S. Embassy in Cairo is making every effort to facilitate the safe return of American citizens in Egypt. In order to better assist you, we are collecting the following information from individuals seeking assistance to return to the U.S. All of the information that you provide is protected under the Privacy Policy of the Department of State which can be found at the bottom of this form.
Please note that the Embassy has received a large volume of inquiries and messages in recent days. You may be receiving this after you have already provided your information to us. If you have already sent the Embassy a message with the name, date of birth, passport number, and email address of all of the members of your party, you will not need to complete this form – we have already logged your information. We are trying to ensure that we receive an accurate count of all Americans in need of assistance.
Please complete this form individually for all members of your party, including children and elderly family members that will be returning to the U.S. with you. If you are part of a tour group, each American traveler in the group should complete their own form. The Embassy and the Department of State are pursuing all possible means to provide American citizens with options to return home and we will continue to provide regular updates.
