أعلنت وزارة الأمن الداخلي اليوم عن قائمة نهائية تعدل رسوم بعض طلبات مزايا الهجرة والتجنس لضمان استرداد خدمات المواطنة والهجرة الأمريكية لتكاليف خدماتها وتوضح القائمة التكاليف المتزايدة للفصل في طلبات الحصول على مزايا الهجرة واكتشاف وردع الاحتيال في الهجرة والكشف التام عن المتقدمين ومقدمي الطلبات والمستفيدين كما تدعم القاعدة الرواتب والتكنولوجيا والعمليات لإنجاز مهمة USCIS و تزيل القائمة بعض الإعفاءات من الرسوم وتتضمن رسومًا رمزية جديدة لطالبي اللجوء وتقلل من الإعفاءات من الرسوم للمساعدة في استرداد تكاليف الحكم final rule PDF وان الرسوم الجديدة المعلنة سارية المفعول بداية من 2 أكتوبر 2020.
